Overview

At MetabodyCorporate, we value your trust and satisfaction. We are dedicated to providing exceptional online courses, workshops, and consultation experiences that support personal growth and workplace wellness.
Because our services are primarily digital, educational, and time-based, specific refund conditions apply to ensure fairness and program integrity.

Digital Courses and Programs

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, and
  • You have not received a certificate of completion.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • You have completed or received course certification.
  • The course was purchased as part of a discounted bundle, sale, or special promotion (these are final sale).
  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

Refund requests must be made in writing to support@metabodycorporate.com and include your full name, course name, purchase date, and reason for the request.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Live Workshops, Events, and Retreats

Cancellations received 14 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable, but your registration may be transferred to another participant or future session if space allows.

“No shows” on the day of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Private Consultations and Coaching Sessions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or missed appointments are non-refundable.

If we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical issues), you will be offered the choice of a new appointment or a full refund.

Physical Products or Materials (if applicable)

If any physical products (books, printed workbooks, or merchandise) are shipped as part of a course or workshop:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  • Refunds will be issued once returned items are received and inspected.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems preventing course access, please contact support@metabodycorporate.com within 48 hours of purchase.
We will troubleshoot and ensure you receive full access or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Completed consultations or coaching sessions
  • Downloadable digital files
  • Group memberships or subscription renewals already in progress

Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases (such as duplicate payments, mistaken purchases, or medical emergencies), Metabodycorporate may grant a refund at its sole discretion. Each case will be reviewed individually.
